非洲反貪日：國際透明組織呼籲非洲聯盟領導人履行反貪承諾

國際透明組織28個非洲分部的聯署信強調，非洲必須加快步伐，有效解決非法資料金流問題，以保障非洲公民關於廉潔的基本權益。並敦促締約國建立中央公共實益所有權登記冊(public beneficial ownership registers)、更強有力的區域機制，以便根據國際標準追蹤跨境的貪腐問題，並進行調查與起訴。
